On July 7, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the section 6654 addition to tax in the decision for tax year 2005 does not correspond to the section 6654 in the notice of deficiency for tax year 2005.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed July 7, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
