This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed November 13, 2023, and heard on December 19, 2023, when the case was recalled from the calendar during the Court's Washington, D.C. trial session. Counsel for respondent appeared and argued in support of the motion. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties, not later than January 18, 2024, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case.
