Plaintiff-appellant, pro se, having moved for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 05, 2020, and for leave to have the appeal heard on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for and extension of time in which to perfect said appeal by 90 days,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the appeal to the April 2021 Term of this Court, and is otherwise denied. ENTERED: October 01, 2020
