Appeal from an order granting plaintiff's motion to examine defendant Raucher before trial, pursuant to rule 122 of the Rules of Civil Practice, to obtain information to enable plaintiff to draw an amended complaint, and extending plaintiff's time to serve said amended complaint. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements; examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., MacCrate, Beldock, Murphy and Ughetta, JJ., concur.
