Before the Court is appellant's August 19, 2022 motion to supplement the record and letter brief addressing this Court's jurisdiction over this appeal. After reviewing these documents and attachments, it appears the Court has jurisdiction over this appeal.

We GRANT the August 19, 2022 motion to supplement the record and ORDER Collin County Clerk Stacey Kemp to file, WITHIN TEN DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS ORDER, a supplemental clerk's record with (1) the trial court's August 15, 2022 order denying appellant's writ of habeas corpus and (2) the August 11, 2022 trial court's certification of appellant's right to appeal.

The State's brief is due by September 30, 2022.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Jay Bender, Presiding Judge, County Court at Law No. 6; Stacey Kemp, Collin County Clerk; and counsel for all parties.
