JOHNTA SILVERBURG, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 416th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 416-81700-2015

ORDER

The clerk's record filed in this accelerated appeal contains an order with blank spaces for the trial court to indicate whether it granted or denied relief on appellant's pretrial application for writ of habeas corpus seeking a bond reduction. Neither blank is filled in. Accordingly, the record on appeal does not contain a written order memorializing the trial court's ruling on the writ application.

We ORDER the trial court to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, a supplemental clerk's record containing a written order reflecting the trial court's ruling on appellant's application for writ of habeas corpus.

We DIRECT the Clerk to transmit a copy of this order to the Hon. Chris Oldner, presiding judge of the 416th Judicial Court; Collin County District Clerk Lynne Finley; and to all parties.
