Action to recover payment for legal services rendered to the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, where the court, Bingham, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for default and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, Flynn, J., denied the defendant's motion to open the judgment, and the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
