Trial Court Cause No. DC-15-02268

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Chief Justice Wright, Justice Lang-Miers, and Justice Stoddart
Opinion by Justice Stoddart

Seeking to appeal the trial court's interlocutory order granting appellee's motion to compel production of documents claimed to be protected by the patent-agent privilege, appellant has filed a petition for permissive interlocutory appeal. We deny the petition and dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE ANN. § 51.014(d) (West 2015); TEX. R. APP. P. 28.3, 42.3(a). 160205F.P05
