This case is set for a document subpoena hearing during the Court's July 17, 2024, Washington, D.C., remote special hearing session at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. On July 2, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report (Index No. 68). The parties informed the Court that the parties have reached a basis of settlement that resolves all issues in this case, and that Respondent is in the process of releasing all witnesses from issued subpoenas. Therefore, the July 17, 2024, document subpoena hearing is no longer necessary.
Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that this case is stricken for hearing from the calendar of the Court's July 17, 2024, remote special hearing session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the hearing.
