DAVID JESSE SILVAS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge.

This case is on the calendar of the Court's April 3, 2023 trial session for San Francisco, California. On March 20, 2023, respondent filed Proposed Trial Exhibits (Doc. 11). However, the labels on the exhibits do not match the references in the narrative paragraphs. For example, Paragraph 4 provides that Exhibit 1004-R is a copy of petitioner's 2019 Form 1040, U.S. Individual Income Tax Return. But petitioner's 2019 Form 1040 is labeled "Exhibit 1003-R", and no separate Exhibit 1004-R is attached.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Proposed Trial Exhibits, filed March 20, 2023 (Doc. 11), is deemed stricken from the record.
