Appeal from Superior Court, Alameda County; Leon E. Gray, Judge.

Action by Elizabeth Silva against the Providence Hospital of Oakland to recover for injuries sustained when plaintiff, while a patient in defendant hospital, fell out of bed. Judgment for plaintiff for $3,000, and defendant appeals.

Affirmed.
