August 11, 1989.


The finding of the medical malpractice tribunal in favor of defendant is vacated. That finding is replaced by a new finding to the effect that the plaintiffs' offer of proof as to the defendant is sufficient to raise a legitimate question of liability appropriate for judicial inquiry.
