CONFESSION OF ERROR


We agree with the confession of error filed on behalf of the appellee The Estate of Alvaro de Jesus Espinoza Bermudez and reverse the order on appeal because there is no substantial, competent evidence in the record to support the order. We remand the case to the trial court with directions to order release of the funds presently held in trust pursuant to the appealed order to the appellant Silva Silva, P.A.

Reversed and remanded with directions.
