On January 14, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On January 31, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on February 7, 2022. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard on the Motion to Dismiss.

Shortly after calendar call, petitioner informed the Court that he had trouble connecting to the remote Calendar Call. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss, filed January 14, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss, filed January 31, 2022, is held in abeyance.
