ORDER


This 29th day of May, 2007, the Defendant, Anchor Investments, Inc., having made application pursuant to Rule 42 of the Supreme Court for an Order certifying an appeal form the interlocutory order of this Court, denying Defendant's Motion to Dismiss, docketed on April, 30, 2007; and the Court having found that such order did not determine substantial issues and establish legal rights and that none of the criteria under Rule 42(b) applies;

IT IS SO ORDERED that the Defendant's Application for Certification of Interlocutory Appeal of the Court's order of April, 30, 2007, is hereby DENIED.
