Those portions of the orders below which impose a $2,000 fine for contempt upon the plaintiff, F.J. Siller Company, are reversed because the trial court did not comply with the pertinent procedural requirements of Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.840. See Pugliese v. Pugliese, 347 So.2d 422 (Fla. 1977). The remaining issues presented have been rendered moot.
