ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On August 7, 2024, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the ground that petitioners had failed to submit the filing fee. The case remains closed. However, on August 19, 2024, petitioners filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. On the basis of the representations in petitioners' Application, the Court will vacate its Order of Dismissal and waive the filing fee in this case.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Application is granted, and the filing fee in this case is waived.
