Motion to dismiss appeal granted and appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that the Appellate Division did not have the power to grant leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals on a certified question from the order granting a new trial ( see, Maynard v Greenberg, 82 N.Y.2d 913, 914).
