Appeal from order denying defendant's motion to vacate a warrant of attachment on the ground that the papers upon which the warrant was granted were insufficient. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to defendant to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
