The petitioner seeks review of the Order of the Circuit Court of Alachua County affirming a final judgment in favor of respondent entered by the County Court of Alachua County.

We have carefully reviewed the record herein and the briefs submitted by the parties, and our consideration thereof requires in the proceedings below.

Affirmed.
