Proceeding by Sikora Realty Corporation against Tighe E. Woods, Acting Housing Expediter, to review an order denying a protest against an order of a rent director decreasing the rent of complainant's housing accommodation. On motion of respondent to dismiss complaint on the authority of Standard Kosher Poultry v. Clark, Em.App. 1947, 163 F.2d 430, and Talbot v. Woods, Em.App. 1947, 164 F.2d 493.
