ORDER
THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on the Request of Defendants Mid-Continent Fuel Company, Inc. and Deffenbaugh Industries, Inc. for Enlargement of Time to Respond to the Court's Order Approving Fee Petition of Special Master, and the Court having reviewed the Request and being otherwise fully advised in the premises finds that the Request is well taken and should be SUSTAINED.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that relief be granted to Defendants for the filing of objections to the Special Master's Fee Petition and this Court accepts and deems as timely filed Defendants' Mid-Continent Fuel Company, Inc. and Deffenbaugh Industries, Inc. Objections to Petition for Compensation of Fees and Reimbursement of Costs of William H. Hyatt, Jr., Pitney, Hardin, Kipp Szuch, as Special Master for the Period January 16, 2001 Through October 31, 2001, which is attached to said Request.
SO ORDERED.
