ORDER


AND NOW, this 22 day of November, 2002, upon consideration of Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to Serve an Amended Complaint, and Defendants' responses thereto, if any, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiffs' motion is GRANTED pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a). It is further ORDERED THAT:

(1) Plaintiffs may file a Fourth Amended Complaint in the form described in plaintiffs' memorandum of law; and
(2) All defendants who have previously answered plaintiffs' Third Amended Complaint are deemed to have answered Plaintiffs' Fourth Amended Complaint by way of the Answers and Affirmative Defenses, if any, propounded by that defendant in response to plaintiffs' Third Amended Complaint.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
