738 So. 2d 1035 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1999)

Opinion

No. 99-1374.

Opinion filed September 1, 1999.

An Appeal under Fla.R.App.P. 9.140(i) from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Scott J. Silverman, Judge, L.T. Nos. 96-4061, 96-4062

Yohany Sigler, in proper person.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, and Simone P. Firley, Assistant Attorney General, for appellee.

Before NESBITT, JORGENSON, and SHEVIN, JJ.

Upon the State's proper confession of error, we reverse defendant's sentence in circuit court case number 96-4062 and remand to the trial court with directions to correct the adjudication order consistent with section 810.02(4)(b), Florida Statute (1995). We find no merit in defendant's remaining points on appeal and affirm his sentence in all other respects.

Affirmed in part; reversed in part; remanded with directions.
