Appeal, No. 185, Jan. T., 1965, from order of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1964, No. 426, reversing order of Court of Common Pleas No. 2 of Philadelphia County, Dec. T., 1963, No. 1952, in case of Nicholas Sigismondi v. DeVincentis Construction Co. and Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania. Order of Superior Court affirmed; reargument refused July 2, 1965.

Appeal by claimant from decision of Workmen's Compensation Board refusing award.
