MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM:

In a published opinion, the Kansas Court of Appeals affirmed the district court's ruling granting summary judgment in favor of Daniel and Tanya Coltrane on Margaret Sigg's claim for specific enforcement of an alleged real estate contract. Sigg v. Coltrane, 45 Kan.App.2d 65, 253 P.3d 781 (2010). We granted Sigg's petition for review. After reviewing the briefs and the record on appeal, we have determined the petition should be dismissed as improvidently granted, and we approve the Court of Appeals' opinion and disposition of the case per Supreme Court Rule 8.03(h)(1) (2012 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 72).
