Williams having perfected their appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence from counsel for defendant-appellant New York City Transit Authority, dated October 26, 2021, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that only the appeal taken by defendant-appellant New York City Transit Authority is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence; the perfected appeal taken by defendants-appellants MTA Bus Company and Eddie J. Williams from the aforesaid order remains extant. 2
