ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On May 2, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication, requesting that this case be closed on the ground that it is a duplicate of the case filed at Docket No. 3593-22S. By Order served June 8, 2022, the Court directed petitioners to file an objection, if any, to the foregoing Motion on or before July 6, 2022. That Order warned petitioners that failure to comply could result in the granting of the Motion. By Order served August 5, 2022, the Court extended the time for petitioners to file any such objection to September 6, 2022. To date, no such objection has been filed.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion is granted, and this case is closed on the ground of duplication with the case at Docket No. 3593-22S.
