Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from a judgment and an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on April 17, 2012, and June 6, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Joshua P. Rubin, Esq., dated December 26, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellants shall perfect the appeals on or before April 1, 2013, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
