PER CURIAM

Appellee has filed an unopposed motion to permanently seal the reporter's records. Appellee attached an order from the trial court permanently sealing the records in compliance with Rule 76a of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Accordingly, the motion is granted, and the clerk of this court is ordered to permanently seal the following records in this court:
