MEMORANDUM OPINION


Before the Court is the parties' June 26, 2008 agreed motion to dismiss this appeal with prejudice. The parties represent they have compromised and resolved all matters in dispute between them and request a dismissal with prejudice. We GRANT the motion to dismiss this appeal with prejudice. Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, we dismiss this appeal with prejudice and tax costs against the party incurring them. Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a), (d).
