These consolidated cases are calendared for a standalone remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 14, 2022.

On January 21, 2022, the Court conducted a conference call with the parties. During that conference call, counsel for petitioner requested a continuance of these consolidated cases and that the undersigned retain jurisdiction, to which respondent did not object.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that these consolidated cases are stricken from the Court's February 14, 2022, standalone remote trial session and are continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 22, 2022, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of these consolidated cases. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
