ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On May 17 and 25, 2023, respondent filed electronically in the above-docketed matter two documents designated Answer. However, the first failed to attach a referenced exhibit, and the second, which incorporated such exhibit, was undated with an incomplete certificate of service.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the two Answers filed May 17 and 25, 2023, at Docket Entries #11 and 12, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 9, 2023, respondent shall file herein a proper and complete Answer.
