On July 13, 2023, petitioner filed (1) an Exhibit(s), docket entry 19; and (2) a Memorandum in Support of Exhibit(s), docket entry 20. Because the Exhibit, docket entry 19, contains identifying information regarding the taxpayer in this case, the Court will seal that document.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall seal from the Court's public record petitioner's Exhibit(s), filed July 13, 2023, docket entry 19. The Court shall retain this document in a sealed file that shall not be opened for inspection by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by Order of the Court.
