On October 31, 2023, the Commissioner filed his status report and on the next day, petitioner Karen Lee Shuster filed her status report. Both reports provided an update on Ms. Shuster's informal discovery requests. Furthermore, the Commissioner requests additional time to subpoena documents to provide to Ms. Shuster. We will give the parties additional time and ask for another status report. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before January 8, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
