Action for judgment declaring that an arbitration should be vacated and for an accounting by the arbitrator and by other defendants, who are alleged to be partners of plaintiff. Order granting motion to dismiss complaint for insufficiency unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
