From the 285th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2014-CI-15954
Honorable Karen H. Pozza, Judge Presiding
ORDER
On April 28, 2016, and May 11, 2016, Appellant filed motions that included several requests. On May 20, 2016, we issued an order that disposed of Appellant's motions. On June 3, 2016, Appellant filed a motion requesting clarification and reconsideration of our May 20, 2016 order. The motion also asked this court to grant the following relief:
• issue a writ to compel the trial court to file findings of fact and conclusions of law,
• declare that Appellant has the rights and privileges of an attorney before this court,
• change the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure,
• file documents Appellant has e-mailed to the court clerk and provide him with a printed copy of the updated record,
• "issue a denial of the trial [court] order dealing with evidence before the court," and
• extend the deadline to file Appellant's brief.
Appellant's motion to reconsider our May 20, 2016 order and grant his requested relief is DENIED.
As we ordered on May 20, 2016, Appellant must file his brief with this court not later than June 30, 2016. NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS OF TIME TO FILE APPELLANT'S BRIEF WILL BE GRANTED. If Appellant fails to file his brief as ordered, the court will dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution without further notice. See id. R. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b).
