ORDER

On December 10, 2021, respondent's counsel, Daniel Z. Nettles, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (motion). The motion states that petitioner objects to the granting of the motion. By Order served December 13, 2021, the Court directed petitioner, on or before January 5, 2022, to file an objection or other response to respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. On December 22, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

On December 29, 2021, the Court held a telephone conference with the parties. Petitioner informed the Court there is no objection to respondent's motion to withdraw as counsel. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted, and Daniel Z. Nettles is withdrawn as counsel for respondent. It is further

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed December 22, 2021, is hereby stricken from the record in this case.
