Tanvi Pushkaraj Shukla, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent

ORDER

Diana L. Leyden Special Trial Judge.

On December 10, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (motion to withdraw) (Index #0009). That same day respondent filed another Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (Index #0010). It appears that respondent's motion to withdraw (Index #0009) was erroneously filed because it is an exact duplicate. Accordingly, the Court will strike the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (Index #0009) from the record. Petitioner objects to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (Index #0009), filed December 10, 2021, is hereby stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 5, 2022, petitioner shall file an objection or other response to respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.
