ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo Chief Special Trial Judge.

This case, presently set for trial during the trial session of the Court scheduled to begin on September 25, 2023, in Chicago, Illinois, is before the Court on respondent's motion to remand, filed June 12, 2023. According to respondent, petitioner has no objection to the motion. That being so, and for other reasons explained in the motion and relied upon by respondent in support of it, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to remand is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of conducting a further administrative hearing to be held not later than August 18, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that following the completion of further administrative consideration, but not later than September 15, 2023, the parties, jointly or separately report in writing to the Court as to the status of the case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are relieved from the obligations imposed upon them pursuant to the Standing Pretrial Order, served May 25, 2023, although they should be prepared to proceed to trial as previously scheduled if necessary.
