DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for stay and for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Motions for permission to proceed as a poor person.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition to the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person in case No. 522869, it is

ORDERED that the motions for permission to proceed as a poor person are granted, without costs, only to the extent that the appeals may be perfected in each case upon one copy of a record on appeal and one signed original and six typewritten copies of a brief and appendix or seven copies of a record on appeal and brief, and the filing fees required by CPLR 8022 are waived, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to March 20, 2017, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for a stay is denied, without costs.
