ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

On July 8, 2022, petitioner mailed a letter to the Court requesting additional time to file his response. On July 14, 2022, this letter was recharacterized and filed as a Motion for Extension of Time. Respondent does not object to the granting of petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time, filed July 14, 2022, is granted in that the time within which petitioner shall file his response to respondent's motion for partial summary judgment is extended to October 6, 2022.
