Richard Showalter Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

On April 14, 2021, respondent filed a motion for document subpoena hearing. We granted that motion and scheduled the hearing for June 9, 2021. We directed the parties to inform the Court, by June 7, 2021, whether all third parties had complied with the subpoenas. On June 4, 2021, respondent filed a status report representing that the hearing was no longer necessary because the third party had complied with the subpoena.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file with the Court, on or before September 7, 2021, a status report detailing the then-present status of the case.
