Pending before the Court is petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed October 22, 2021. On January 14, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving the underlying tax liability that is the subject of this proceeding.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced Motion is granted in that the Court will enter a stipulated decision in this case in due course.
