APPEAL AND ERROR, § 1727where motion in nature of writ of error coram nobis property sustained. Order of municipal court sustaining defendants' motion in nature of writ of error coram nobis to vacate ex parte judgment for plaintiff was affirmed on appeal, where court's decision, dependent on evidence, was upon question of fact concerning defendants' receipt of notice of reinstatement of case subsequent to its dismissal for want of prosecution.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. JOHN V. McCORMICK, Judge, presiding.

Order affirmed. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the February term, 1947.
