Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, unless plaintiff stipulates, within twenty days, to reduce the recovery of damages to $1,650 and extra allowance proportionately; in that event, the judgment be so modified, and as modified unanimously affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. Cullen, J., not sitting.
