ORDER
The district clerk notified this court that the clerk's record was not filed because appellant failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the fee for preparing the record and appellant was not entitled to appeal without paying the fee. On July 13, 2020, we ordered appellant to provide written proof to this court by July 23, 2020 that either (1) the fee had been paid or arrangements had been made to pay the fee, or (2) appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the fee. We advised appellant of the consequences if it failed to respond within the time provided. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b), (c).
On July 23, 2020, appellant responded to our order and provided written proof that it has paid the clerk's fee. Accordingly, we ORDER the district clerk to file the clerk's record by August 28, 2020.
