ORDER

On June 24, 2020, appellees Atrium Circle GP, Atrium Winn, LLC, Atrium Kavoian, LLC, Copperfield Square, Copperfiled Winn, LLC, Copperfield Kavoian, LLC, Imperial Airport, Imperial Winn, LLC, Imperial Kovian, LLC, Crystal Springs Partners, LLC, Commerce Office Park—One LP, and Universal Square, LP (collectively, "Atrium") filed a "Motion for (1) Enforcement of this Court's Mandate to Release Registry Funds; and (2) Expedited Consideration." On June 26, 2020, we ordered First American Title Company and Shopoff Advisors, L.P. to file a response. Each filed a response on June 30, 2020 and July 6, 2020. Atrium also filed a reply. After consideration, we DENY Atrium's motion.
