Appellant Shopoff Advisors, LP has filed an Unopposed Motion to File Sworn Record pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 28.1(e). See TEX. R. APP. P. 28.1(e) ("In lieu of the clerk's record, the appellate court may hear an accelerated appeal on the original papers forwarded by the trial court or on sworn and uncontroverted copies of those papers."). We GRANT the motion. The sworn record filed on August 6, 2018 will be considered on appeal in lieu of the clerk's record.
