Action to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff's intestate, who fell from a station of respondent's Independent Subway line and was killed by an incoming train. Judgment in favor of respondent, dismissing the complaint at the close of plaintiff's case, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
